2027 Light on the Hill Retreat

Flow into Your Higher Dimension

Light on the Hill Retreat | Friday, August 13, 2027 – Sunday, August 15, 2027

Welcome to a sacred day of transformation, nervous system resetting, and timeline alignment. Gather on the sacred grounds of Light on the Hill.

• Begin the morning by clearing stagnant energy. Through gentle, deliberate Tai Chi movements, we ground our physical bodies and open our energetic channels to receive the day's high-vibrational frequencies.
• Step into the portal of creation. In this interactive workshop, you will learn to consciously shift your vibration, dissolve perceived limitations, and actively manifest your highest, most abundant timeline.
• Enjoy a quiet, nourishing lunch. Take this time to reflect, journal, or sit in silent contemplation amidst the peaceful landscape.
• Open your heart space with a ceremonial dose of pure cacao. Once centered in the heart, we will transition into a deep shamanic drum journey to meet, retrieve, and expand your connection with your Animal Spirit Guides.
• Release the attachments, contracts, and lower-density energies that no longer serve your evolution. Following the energetic cord-cutting ritual, we step outside for an expressive, aesthetic flow movement practice designed to shake off old patterns and deeply reset your nervous system.
• Conclude our immersion by walking the beautiful trails of Light on the Hill. Bathe in the pure, restorative energies of the ancient trees, anchoring your newly integrated expansion and animal spirit wisdom into the Earth.
• Private, personal Tarot readings will be available. Offering personalized cosmic insights and clarity for your path forward.

Cost $600 (private room), $575 (shared room)

Halloween Readings & Release Ritual

Please join us for an evening of releasing what no longer serves your higher self; whether it be a relationship, behavior, thought pattern, or even a particular energy. This is a group activity, but whatever you choose to release will be kept private, only you will know what it is. As we approach Halloween the veil is thinning. The veil which is an energetic and spiritual barrier between the physical world and the afterlife becomes more permeable.

Amber is available for readings both before and after the ritual, appointments are preferred as there is no guarantee that she will have time for a walk-in/last minute reading.

A reading done at the same time as the ritual can help validate your own intuitive thoughts/feelings around what it is that you need to release, guides will always give you whatever it is that you need to hear the most ✨️ Let's plant the seed for abundant, successful energy during this harvest season. 🌱🌾 We have been riding some big evolutionary waves of change and transformation so far in this year of the fire horse. It's time to release align and manifest.

New Moon Sound Immersion

The Full moon and the New Moon are considered very important events all throughout the world in different cultures.

The moon has an energetic impact on the earth during these times because of its powerful gravitational force. It has a pulling effect on the water bodies present on the earth. Our bodies are made up of 70% of water, so, the moon has an impact on us as well, affecting our body and mind in profound ways. In the event of the full moon, the moon is said to bring the emotions inside the subconscious to the surface, thus, causing an upheaval in the mind. People may experience feeling stuck at work, feeling irritated or angry even in the minutest of issues. There’s an overall sense of heaviness in the mind, on these days which calls a greater need for meditation.
Full Moon Sound Bath or a New moon Sound Bath is especially helpful for harnessing the light and the light from the moon during these challenging events. It helps in cleansing oneself emotionally, calming the mind and in manifesting your goals with greater clarity. Also, the powerful energy of the group during the Full Moon Sound Bath at Healthy Alternatives Wellness Center provides amplified energy to each soul present there. You experience powerful Sound Immersion during the Full Moon night when meditating with the entire group.
The expert guidance received from Carol helps in achieving deeper states of mind effortlessly. People feel lighter emotionally, being able to let go of the blockages and the issues surrounding their minds. Meditating with the same intentions and pure vibrations from the Meditator helps in creating powerful energies which can be felt by each individual attending the event. The benefits also include:
Reduces stress and anxiety
Promotes self-confidence and a greater sense of self-expression.
It helps in improving concentration, focus at work.
It promotes feelings of compassion, affection and empathy
The vibration takes you down into a deep state of meditation, automatically and that deep state helps dissolve your worries, and sets you up for a day of enhanced focus, creativity and energy. Relax and de-stress your body, mind & spirit with the sound of singing bowls and guided imagery. Reduces stress and anxiety.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring your favorite yoga mat, blanket, or pillow.
Please turn off cell phones. When the Sound Bath ends please stay quietly and peacefully on your mat and take in the healing vibes until everyone has had a chance to experience the Grounding Bowl.
